After a century Ciro Biondi has recommenced bottling the ETNA red from the family vineyard situated in a D.O.C. area. The name OUTIS
has been taken from Greek mythology and the travels of Ulysses on which he met Polyfemous on the foothills of Mt Etna who he was able to deceive and then sail away from the island using "the nectar of Bacchus". |
